14-day right of withdrawal: Your right of withdrawal
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our service. That is why we grant you a 14-day right of cancellation, which begins with the receipt of your payment of the invoice.
Within this period you have the opportunity to reconsider your decision and, if necessary, to withdraw from the contract. Please note, however, that the processing of the project can only begin after this 14-day period has expired, unless you expressly waive your right of withdrawal by email. If you waive your right of withdrawal, our team will start processing your project immediately after receipt of your payment of the invoice.
If you decide to make use of your right of withdrawal, we will immediately refund the amount already paid. We want you to feel comfortable and safe working with us.
